Change CPU Priority By Using Registry Editor
Hit Win Key + R to launch Run box, write “regedit” and tap enter to launch Registry Editor.
Look this registry key.
Find out “Win32PrioritySeparation” on right side and adjust its value.
Double click on “Win32PrioritySeparation” registry value.
Adjust the value to 26 to give further resources to foreground apps.
Note: When you modify the value to 18, CPU will choose background programs.
